Double standards of Filip Krouli, B. Obama, etc....?

Мой комментарий этой статьи - в сокращении :

"1. Филипу  Кроули , Помощнику Генерального секретаря , Бюро по связям с общественностью США.
2. Президенту Америки Бараку Обаме.

                                                       

                                                               ОТКРЫТОЕ     ОБРАЩЕНИЕ

                                              Уважаемый   господин  Филип Кроули !

          Вчера я прочитала статью «США напомнили Москве о соблюдении прав российских граждан» в газете «Корреспондент.net» ( http://korrespondent.net/world/1112246). 

 Выдержка из этой статьи : «"США вновь подчеркивают важность восприятия и защиты общих ценностей, в том числе свободы самовыражения и свободы собраний, которые воплощены в российской конституции, а также в международных соглашениях, подписанных Россией", - заявил официальный представитель госдепартамента Филип Коули.»

          Из статьи следует, что поводом Вашего заявления послужил разгон митинга на Триумфальной площади в Москве. Так как Вы являетесь официальным представителем госдепартамента США, то значит, Вашим заявлением Вы выражаете мнение Правительства и народа Америки.

                                          По этому поводу хочу высказать моё мнение. 

          От себя и от лица моих знакомых, друзей и, я думаю, от лица многих людей России, хочу сказать Вам большое спасибо, господин  Филип Коули, Правительству и народу Америки за Ваше внимание к проблемам нарушений прав человека в России, которые действительно достигли критических размеров в этой богом забытой стране….

          То, что творится в России в вопросах прав человека – это катастрофа !!!   Российские власти давно проводят политику геноцида по отношению к собственному народу, открыто нагло попирают Конституцию, принимают антиконституционные законы, создали высокий уровень коррупции, и т.д. и т.п….. И народ России - подавленный силовиками, задушенный экономическими и социальными проблемами, зомбированный зависимыми СМИ, лишённый честных выборов, измотанный бессмысленными войнами (выгодными лишь правящей верхушке),  и т.п. – самостоятельно не в состоянии справиться с этим бардаком…

          Такое положение дел в России должно быть осуждено международной общественностью и, я думаю (и не я одна), что без серьёзного вмешательства извне ситуация с соблюдением прав человека в России никогда не улучшится !

                                       Но есть некоторые  казусные  «не красивые» моменты.  

А). В связи с многочисленными нарушениями моих прав человека властями России, Финляндии, Германии и умышленным преграждением мне доступа к информации и правосудию, я обращалась к правозащитникам России. Но все эти правозащитники, чью «деятельность» спонсируют «грантами» (в числе других) организации США – то есть Ваши налогоплательщики, от помощи мне «почему-то» отказались, «уклонились» по разным причинам.

Б). Тогда я обратилась в Посольства нескольких стран (в том числе и в Посольство Америки) с просьбами : предоставить необходимую мне информацию; направить мои заявления и документы  в офисы международных правозащитных организаций, находящихся в этих странах; содействовать делу защиты прав человека.

Эти просьбы были основаны на том, что, защита прав человека является делом международным, а не одного государства (согласно Хельсинским соглашениям и другим международным документам, которые эти страны подписали). 

Из Посольства США никакого ответа я не получила  – с ноября 2009 г., хотя согласно почтовым уведомлениям о вручении, мои документы были вручены по назначению. И я была вынуждена обратиться (с заявлением от 24.04.2010г.) к Вашему Президенту  Б. Обаме, как к Гаранту Конституции и как к персоне, награждённой Нобелевской премией Мира.
Ответа от Президента Америки нет до сих пор.

В). К тому же  по «странной»  причине «потерялись» в США уведомления о вручении моих писем, адресованных г-ну Б. Обаме и г-ну Пан Ги Муну. Я получила документ от руководства почты, которое сообщило, что письма были посланы, и что в Америку  направлены рекламации и запросы о розыске.

             Надеюсь, что Вы же знаете, господин  Филип Кроули, так же как и господин Б. Обама, и работники Ваших Ведомств, что, согласно внутренним и международным законам, невыдача ответов на заявления, непринятие мер, укрывательство нарушений - всё это считается преступлениями и нарушениями прав человека.  

             Согласитесь, что эти вышеуказанные «моменты»  не могут не навести на мысль о двойных стандартах в вопросах защиты прав человека США.

             На основании Вышеизложенного, господин  Филип Кроули, прошу Вас, как представителя госдепартамента Америки :

1). Содействовать розыску «потерявшихся» на территории США вышеуказанных уведомлений о вручении почтовой корреспонденции.

2). Передать это моё заявление господину Б. Обаме, Послу США и содействовать выдаче мне ответов на все мои ранние заявления властям Вашей страны.  

3). Рассмотреть моё заявление от 12.04.2010г. дать Вашу личную оценку непорядочному, вопиющему факту отказа в оказании помощи и бездействия российских   «правозащитников» , деятельность которых оплачивают США.

4). Рассмотреть мои другие заявления для международной общественности, прилагающиеся к этому, и содействовать восстановлению всех нарушенных прав человека.

в). Это моё открытое обращение посылается  электронной почтой  по компетентным адресам, найденным мною в интернете. Прошу случайно получивших его, перенаправить по назначению – лично  господину Филипу Кроули или Бараку Обаме.

б).  К письму прилагается  компьютерный перевод с русского на английский язык   из-за отсутствия денег для оплаты официального переводчика; поэтому возможны ошибки .                                         

в). Власти России, ФСБ преследуют меня, контролируют мою почту – нет гарантии, что я получу письма , адресованные мне . Поэтому прошу Вас ответ на мои заявления прислать по всем адресам , указанным ниже :

  Yesterday I have read article «the USA have reminded Moscow of observance of the rights of the Russian citizens» in the newspaper "Korrespondent.net" ( http://korrespondent.net/world/1112246). 

Excerpt from this article:  « “the USA underline again importance of perception and protection of the general values, including a freedom of expression and a freedom of assembly which are embodied in the Russian constitution, and also in the international agreements signed by Russia” - the official representative of State department Filip Kouli has declared.»

 From article follows, that ground of your application - is dispersal of mass-meeting in Triumphal-space in Moscow . As you are the official representative of US State department, therefore by this statement You express also Government's opinion and American people's opinion
                                                                  I want to express my opinion about it. 

          From myself and on behalf of my acquaintances, friends and, I think, on behalf of many people of Russia, I wish to tell to you many thanks, mister Filip Kouli, to the Government and the people of America for your attention to problems of infringements of human rights in Russia which have really reached the critical sizes in this country , forgotten by god….

What occur in Russia now with questions of human rights is catastrophe !!! The Russian authorities for a long time pursue genocide's policy in relation to own people; they openly impudently trample on the Constitution; they create anti-constitutional paragraphs of laws; have created high level of corruption, etc.…. And the people of Russia - suppressed by the agents of national security, strangled by economic and social problems,   became the zombie under influence by the dependent mass-media, , deprived of the fair elections, exhausted by senseless wars (favorable only to a ruling clique), etc. - they can't without assistance, independently cope with this brothel... Such state of affairs in Russia should be condemned by the international public and, I think (and not I one) that without serious intervention from the outside the situation with observance of human rights in Russia never will improve!

                             But there are some unusual «not beautiful» the moments. 

A). In connection with numerous infringements of my human rights by the authorities of Russia, Finland, Germany and deliberate blockage to me of access to the information and justice, I addressed to the Russian "human rights defenders".

 But all these "human rights defenders" ( to whom pay for activity by grants - American organizations and taxes-payers (together with others) ) have refused to help me, "have evaded" for various reasons.

B). Then I have addressed to the Embassies of the several countries (including Embassy of America) with requests: to give the information necessary for me; to send my applications and documents into offices of the international human rights organizations which are in these countries; to promote affair of protection of human rights.

 These requests have been based on the ground that :  human rights defense is an international affair, not an affair of one country ( according to Helsinki declaration and other international documents, which these countries have signed ) .

From Embassy of the USA I have not received any answer - since November, 2009 though according to mail notifications of delivery, my documents have been handed to addressee.                                            

And I have been compelled to address (with the application from 24.04.2010г.) to Your President - to Mr. B. Obama, how to Constitution Guarantor and how to the person, awarded by the Nobel Prize of the World. But I haven't received the answer from the President of America till now.

C). Besides for "the strange" reason of "letter of advice" about delivery of my letters, addressed to Mr. B. Obama and to Mr. Ban Ki-moon, "were lost" in the USA.  I have received the document from a Post manager which has informed that letters have been sent, and that inquiries about search and reclamations are directed in America.

I hope that you know, Mr Filip Krouli, as well, as mister B. Obama, and workers of your Departments that, according to internal and international laws, that the non-granting of answers to statements, no acceptance of measures, concealment of infringements - all it is considered crimes and infringements of human rights.  

 Agree that these "moments" (above-stated ) can suppose an idea about "double standards" in questions of protection of human rights in USA. 

       On the basis of the Above-stated, Mr Filip Krouli, I ask you, as representative of State department of America:

1). To contribute to find the "letters of advice" about delivery of the post correspondence, which were "lost" in territory of the USA.

2). To pass this my application to Mr B. Obama, the Ambassador of the USA and to contribute of the delivery to me of answers to all my early applications to the authorities of Your country. 

3). To consider my application from 12.04.2010. To say your personal estimation, about dishonorable case of refusal in rendering assistance and inactivity of the Russian "human rights defenders", whose activity is paid by American grants.

4). To consider my other applications for the international public, which enclose to it, and to assist restoration of all my violated human rights.

                                                              In addition I inform :

a). You can look through all my official documents on the Internet - where they are placed in open access for all at the next address -  http://wickholm-irina.blogspot.com/  .

b). Copies of my applications from : 01.09.09 ; 07.04.07 ; 31.09.09 – 11.13.2009 ; 27.11.09 -27.12.2009 – 23.03.2010; “14.02. - 15.03.2008” (without appendices).

с). This my open letter is sent by e-mail to the competent addresses which I found on the Internet. I ask all, who accidentally received this letter, to redirect to addressee - personally to Mr Filip Krouli or the Barack to Obama.

d). I enclose to this appeal a computer translation into English because of lack of means to pay to the official interpreter, therefore, errors are possible.

c). The authorities of Russia and FSB pursue me, supervise my mail . There is no guarantee, that I will receive the letters, addressed to me. Therefore, I ask You send Your answer to my applications to the all addresses, which are written below :
